The invoice will be send by e-mail at the beginning of each month for the coming month. Payment needs to be made before the 15th day of each month. The invoice consists of:

• The subscription charges of the following month
• The possible used extra hours with the amount from the previous month
• The sales tax
• The total amount

All the above will be send by e-mail

Payment
Unfortunately payments are becoming more and more costly. Because COL wants to keep her services as affordable as possible, payments can be made preferably by standing order or credit card. One advantage is that there is no need to worry about payments in time, and no risk of being cut off due to late payment. Of course there is always the option to pay at our office.
